Shipping policy

We ship all parcels via Royal Mail. The shipping options available to you will depend on the size and weight of your parcel - all applicable tracking numbers are added to your order when generated so you can keep track of your order at all times. When you have completed your order and go to the delivery page you'll be shown all available options. You can also choose to collect locally from our concession store in Liverpool City Centre for free and same day local delivery is offered in certain postcodes (when ordering before 2pm). We deliver worldwide with the exception of some alcohol products.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day with the exception of bank holidays and if your item contains a pre-order item or print on demand item. If you order contains a pre-order or print on demand item then your order will not be sent until all items are ready to go. If you need the rest of your items urgently then we would suggest placing separate orders.
