📦 FREE DELIVERY – NO MESSIN'

We keep it simple: free standard UK delivery on everything – except for a couple of bits where there’s a small catch. Here’s what you need to know.

This applies to standard delivery within the UK.

Need it sharpish? Express delivery upgrades are available at checkout if you’re in a rush.

You can also collect your order for free from locations across Liverpool. Addresses are listed in the footer.

 

🚫 THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS

 

The only products that don’t ship free unless you buy 4 or more are:

  • Spanish cleaning products

  • Inside Out hangover drinks

If you’ve got 4 or more of either (or a mix of both), delivery’s free. Otherwise, you’ll need to add something else to your basket like a mug, a card or anything non-restricted to unlock free shipping.

✅ WHAT COUNTS FOR FREE SHIPPING? LET'S SEE EXAMPLES.

 

These orders WILL get free delivery:

  • 4 bottles of Spanish cleaning ✅

  • 3 Inside Out drinks and a mug ✅

  • 2 bottles of Spanish cleaning and a mug ✅

  • 1 Inside Out drink, 1 pen, 1 mug and 1 card ✅

  • 1 mug, 1 candle and 1 print ✅

 

❌ These orders WON’T get free delivery:

  • 3 bottles of Spanish cleaning ❌

  • 2 Inside Out drinks and 1 card ❌

  • 1 bottle of Spanish cleaning on its own ❌

 

📦 BUNDLES COUNT AS ONE PRODUCT

If your bundle contains less than 4 bottles of Spanish cleaning or Inside Out drinks, it still only counts as one product. You’ll need more items in your basket or a different qualifying item to get free shipping. If the bundle has 4 bottles, then congrats, free delivery is all yours!

 

🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you return part of your order and that takes it below the qualifying amount for free delivery, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. That just covers what it cost us to send it in the first place.
